We developed this new, 3-story, 50,000 s.f. hotel using prototypes for the plans but were required by local historical preservation agencies to modify the exterior façade to be more in keeping with the historic nature of the Berkshires. This lead to exterior finished including EIFS, brick and Hardie Board cementitous siding. The property includes a compilation of 78 rooms and suites, and indoor pool, a breakfast area and meeting rooms in addition to typical Hampton in amenities. We provided full A/E services along with public area interior design. |
